1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RevU, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our Platform.

2. Eligibility

• Business owners must provide valid documents (PAN, GST, ID proof, etc.) for listing verification.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate details while creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
• Any misuse of your account is your responsibility.

4. Reviews & Ratings

• Users may post genuine reviews, ratings, photos, or videos.
• Fake, misleading, offensive, or promotional reviews are strictly prohibited.
• RevU reserves the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

5. Business Listings (Sellers)

• Business owners can create, claim, or update their listings.
• Sellers must ensure all details (offers, discounts, opening hours, etc.) are true.
• Misleading information may lead to account suspension.
• Premium features (ads, promotions, top placement) are available on paid plans.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Payments for premium services must be made via our integrated payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• RevU reserves the right to change pricing or features at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Post false or defamatory reviews
• Copy, distribute, or misuse RevU’s content
• Use bots, scripts, or spam techniques
• Violate laws, third-party rights, or RevU’s policies

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, and features of RevU belong to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute RevU content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

RevU is a platform for connecting users and businesses. We do not guarantee the quality of services/products listed by businesses. We are not responsible for disputes between users and businesses.

10. Termination

• RevU may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
• Provide false business information.

11. Privacy

Your use of RevU is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective from the date mentioned at the top.

13. Governing Law
